Every week, your box office staff is left dealing with the fallout of predatory ticket resale. Fans arrive confused, frustrated, and often defrauded, having paid well above face value or for tickets that never existed.

Fix The Tix gives your team a clear, consistent way to respond, redirecting that frustration and helping restore trust with your fans. This helps shift the burden away from your team and toward the platforms and policies that need to change.

We’re asking venues to display the Fix The Tix QR code at the box office or provide it to fans via a small card, making it easy for them to take action in the moment.

NIVA will send your Team:

  1. A printed poster to display at your box office

  2. A digital asset pack, including design files and a discreet handout card for staff

  3. A ticket invalidation verification letter template (often required for refund requests)

Through the Fix The Tix Fan Action Center, fans can:

  • Request a refund from the resale platform

  • Contact policymakers to advocate for change

  • Share their experience on social

  • Learn how to avoid misleading and fraudulent ticket listings
